About Me

I never really know how to properly introduce myself but here goes nothing.
Hi, my name is Celine Diaz and I am the founder of Generational Spark. Funny thing about this little community is that I really started this back in 2013. I was only 16 yrs old. I like to think I was just a girl with a lot to say (still am). But really this started because of a devotional and alone time with God. I was sitting in my room and did my devotional time but this time I felt overwhelmed with so much love. I wrote like a mad woman and that same week used my devotional as a mini sermon for a discipleship class at my church.

I spoke from James 3:5; “Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark.” That verse had me thinking. Our words have so much power that we can set off a fire. What kind of fire am I igniting? Could you imagine what a generation setting a wildfire for Jesus would look like? Obviously you see where the inspiration for the name came.

Fast forward seven years and now I am graduated from college - still with a lot to say. But don’t worry, you won’t just be reading about me, I will be having some friends join me. Maybe with some fun food along the way.

I don’t know what I am really doing yet and I don’t know what the future holds. But I do know that my constant is Jesus. So cheers to that.
